1 cup sliced mushrooms I used cremini mushrooms
1/4 cup rice bran oil or use olive oil
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar I love Fini brand
1 tbsp soy sauce I use Kikkoman
1/2 tsp splenda or sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ginger purée also called ground ginger
